Shopia Integration Not Showing Writer Options

Previously it allow me to choose the different writers, not it's not. Please check and fix asap.

I've found the problem. The API token keeps expiring after a short period of time. Can you please fix it.

We got a reply from our technical team that their application team integrated the integration the platform.
So, we would request you contact them once so that they will make the required changes as needed in terms to keep the refers the connection after a specific interval of time.
