shopify course subscription and thrive learn plus

i have a course in shopify. so when someone subscribes to that course they are added to the thrive learn plus. i guess in the given workflow it is working. now my confusion and question is if someone unsubcribes how can i have that from shopify and how can i remove the unsubcribe student from thrive learn plus

Currently, we do not have a trigger event in Shopify trigger application that could capture the unsubscription of a course. If Shopify has such a trigger event, you can try using Pabbly's Webhook to capture the details.
do you any other idea how can i do that. i mean if someone unsubscribe from course i can remove them from thrive learn plus?. also are there any anything like if a student subscribe then a tag will be added then i add them in thrive if they unsubscribe, the tag will be gone and they are automatically removed from thrive
As mentioned previously, if Shopify offers a trigger event to capture data when a student unsubscribes from the course, you can consider using Webhook by Pabbly to capture that data. You would need to contact Shopify's support team to confirm whether such a trigger event is available or not.

After capturing the details, you can then attempt to execute this endpoint to cancel the subscription.
