Shopify new order to Google Sheet sync

Hello, I am trying to sync the new orders on Shopify to Google Sheet but sync doesn't seem to be working. Is there any chance someone can guide me, please?

Hey @HandT
It seems like you haven't added any header in your respective google sheets and because of that, you are not getting any data on it.
Kindly add the desired header name on the sheet and then map the data accordingly.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I have added the header but still, the data is not synced. I am getting frustrated now as it should be a very simple process. I am not ready to become paid customer unless I am confident it works. Help would be appreciated, please.
I have checked your video as well but it looks like the app has been updated and the video doesn't follow the app feature.
