shopify - no product ID found

I connected shopify but I cannot find product IDs, it's as if connection didn't work. can you help?

The issue appears to be related to you not having permissions to fetch or view the Products.

Is it possible to push thrivecart weekly/monthly subscription to Shopify?
or it just work for single orders?
I've tried with daily and it failed, but maybe because the timeframe is too short?
