Shopify Purchase >> Facebook Offline Conversions

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a workflow where every Shopify purchase would get sent to Facebook as an offline conversion event.

However, I have no idea how or what to fill out in the following fields:

Match Key Phone
Match Key Email
Value
Event Time
Custom Data Key
Custom Data Value
Order Id
Item Number

It says I have to use the "Data Transformer" and "Date/Time Formatter" applications, but I have no idea how to use them or how to add them to the flow.

Please help me with this.

Thank you.

Thanks. I followed all the steps and sent a test request which seems to have been received successfully (screenshot attached).

So I went ahead and created a few minutes ago a test order (via Shopify bogus gateway), but when I check Facebook it's showing that this purchase was received 8 hours ago (same as the initial test webhook order), instead of a few minutes ago. Screenshot attached.

It seems that instead of creating a new purchase event, Pabbly just duplicated the first test event event that was created when I pasted the webhook code on my store.

Please help me fix this.

Thank you.

Hey @maestro

It seems like the 8hrs difference which you get is because when you were setting up the workflow you might have selected the Date TIme frontmatter to convert the desired time format which is (1637569022). And after that time you have set the Facebook Offline Conversions: Send Offline Event the time which was sent would be after 8 hours. Because of that, you have got the 8hrs prior event time.

Although we have checked your history log and the time of the execution it is working accordingly. Kindly try again and let us know if you have any further difficulties.

Thanks. I made a couple more conversions, but when I expand the "Purchase" notification inside Facebook, it always says that the purchase was made at 12:00AM. Why doesn't it show the correct time the conversion was made on?

Doesn't it mean that Pabbly sends the wrong conversion time to Facebook?

As we mentioned the time which is passing by Pabbly is correct and sending the data at the given Event Time.

Kindly try the complete workflow with the sample data and let us know if you still face the time difference again.

Regards!
