Please let me know while adding a new product, did you add the image in the media section of Shopify? Please confirm.

I drag dropped image directly into shopify media from pc.

Can you please try recapturing the webhook response once from your Shopify account once and then try again? Kindly try this in a new workflow and let us know.

I ve tried many times, but the webhook response doesnt picks up any image data . the bar in the image field of webhook response remains empty. I ve tried it 6 to 7 times

So, can you please switch it on and then try catering the webhook response.
