Short.io error
Status: Closed · Asked by Brendan Sheppard on · 0 views
Hi team
I am getting an error from a short.io action as below and hoping for some help, please.
Please provide a valid originalURL parameter, it must be a valid url
What is interesting is that when I 'Save and send test request' for just that step it works fine but fails in the workflow. When I look into it, the data being passed in the API is missing the OriginalURL parameter causing the error.
Thanks, Brendan
Hey @bsh3p
Upon reviewing the task history and comparing it with the mapped key values in the workflow, you will notice that the rescheduled URL does not correspond with any record in your Airtables. This discrepancy leads to the absence of the URL in the automation process, causing the action step to fail.

Thank you very much for reviewing, I'll take a closer look and try it out.
