Skip values for action steps

Hi, is it possible to skip values for some action steps, i'm trying to create an update coupon workflow but i only 1 to update 1 field (coupon amount)

You can simply update the fields whcih you want to and leave the other by simply enabling the map button and leaving it blank.
Please check out the following screenshot and try this at your end.
