Slack Trigger New Data Check time is High

How can I reduce the trigger check for new data time to hours to 2 minutes? I have upgraded my data but it is still showing the same.

We have the capability to minimize the Slack trigger event's activation time to a minimum of 10 minutes.

Maybe you can check the Slack workflow feature. It might have the feature to post from Slack to other app for example, pabbly.
But there is a catch, you need a paid plan in Slack.
Here is an image which states that when there is a new message in slack channel, the workflow can be trigger.
