SMTP Email App No Longer Working

None of my SMTP emails are working. I've checked and re-checked all of my credentials on other sites and I am using the correct settings but I am not able to get your SMTP connection to send an email. Please fix this.

We tested sending an email from the SMTP action step in your account to our email address and successfully received the test email. Could you please elaborate further on your exact concern?

It appears to be working now. I don't know why it wasn't working before.
