Dear Pabbly Team

I am doing Pabbly Automation with Facebook leads & SMTP, the Use case is:

For Every Facebook lead generated send an auto email to the Facebook lead

I have set up the SMTP with port 465 and SSL / NONE (Tried both) encryption

Email is not going to anyone with a gmail id, email is going to other custom domains

though it is showing in History that the email has gone to gmail, but it does not reach the gmail account
I have checked all gmail folders including spam

Hey @Siddarth_Jaiswal

Please make sure that you are entering the correct SMTP credentials as the error details mention the connection is not able to be established with the details you have entered.

Yes Sir,
I am entering the correct smtp details, which is why in the attachment screenshot of pabbly (History) it is showing success
Mails are not going to Gmail, they are going to custom domain such as [email hidden]
it is not going to [email hidden]

Please try TLS with a 587 port and encryption type respectively.
