What is the problem, anything wrong I am doing, why it is not working?

I want the last 10 digits of the phone number using this.
It was working earlier, but now it is giving this kind of result.

Please ensure that the phone number is mapped with double quotes to achieve the desired result. For more details, refer to the attached screenshot.
