Nutrizione nutrizione — Question ·

Hello Pabbly Support Team,

I am writing to you because I am setting up critical workflows for my business using SuiteDash and Pabbly Connect, but I have encountered a limitation in the native integration that is preventing me from moving forward.

My goal is to automate processes based on the lifecycle of my clients' appointments. I need my workflows to be triggered by the following events:

  • New Appointment Booked

  • Appointment Cancelled

  • Appointment Rescheduled

However, when configuring the Trigger in Pabbly Connect for SuiteDash, the only options available to me are "New Contact," "New Company," and "New Project." There is no option related to appointment management or calendars.

Could you please confirm:

  1. -Is there a way to access these appointment triggers that I am missing, or is there a specific setting I need to enable within my account?

  2. -If these events are not currently supported, do you have plans to expand the SuiteDash integration to include appointment-related events?

  3. -Do you recommend a technical alternative (such as using custom Webhooks or API) to capture these events from SuiteDash if the native integration does not support them yet?

This functionality is vital to my business operations. I look forward to your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Ana María

Hello,

It appears that the SuiteDash trigger is polling-based. Therefore, the trigger events you require would need to be integrated natively.

If you'd like these trigger events to be added to SuiteDash, you can submit your request on our dedicated feature request platform:

https://roadmap.pabbly.com/pabbly-connect

Our development team will review your request, and if feasible, they will consider adding the requested trigger events for SuiteDash.

Thanks & Regards,
Arshil Ahmad
