Subscription involving multiple PayPal Accounts

At www.jinshinjyutsuspiritmindbody.com, we're creating a year-long online course where different instructors can pick different topics to present in the monthly webinar (Prior to this the instructors taught separately so there wasn't a need for more than 1 PayPal account per course).

For the new course, is it possible to create a subscription which charges the student every month, but next month's charge goes to a different instructor's PayPal account?

Ideally we'd like the subscription to have a "schedule" like this:
- January charge -> Instructor 1's PayPal account
- February charge -> Instructor 2's PayPal account
- March charge -> Instructor 3's PayPal account
etc...
