Subscription paid, before expiry, still getting reminders

I paid 1823.10, monthly subscription before it expired.
Renewal is not shown, it is still showing, tasks reset on May 3rd. This date should change to the renewal date.
PFA the snap.

The tasks showing 12k. But I am worried, it should not happen like last time, everything stops for want of renewal.

Please check and update.
