Subscription renewal shows setup fee will also renew?

If you take a look at this screenshot, you can see that I have a 1-time setup fee. However, it is showing that this person's setup fee will also renew. How do I make sure it only renews the monthly?

We checked this on our end and found a technical glitch in the email template. It will be fixed soon and your customer will not be charged with the setup fee.
