Survey sparrow is not sending resposne.

I'm trying out to get the the response from the form submission but response is not being captured from the app.

It appears that the Survey Sparrow's API is updated now and it might be required some additional changes.
So kindly allow us some time, we are currently looking into it.

We have added a new trigger event of Survey Sparrow on the platform and deprecated the old one.
So, kindly give it a try and let us know if that works for you.
It says I need to upgrade.
However, I know that we can use webhook for free account. See the picture below.
