Hey Swell team,

I am creating a workflow with Swell.is....

I am using the "Order Created" trigger. Everything comes across but the email.

Can we get the email to come over as well?

I want to inform you that the Swell application allows only certain things to be received in response, and we cannot make any changes to that.

But I have raised your concern with our technical team, and they will investigate a workaround and update you as soon as possible.
Please give us some time to resolve this issue.

Hi, just following up here... The order created does not pass through email address. I know this is a Swell issue and not a Pabbly issue. They did do something so it comes through with Zapier. Is there a way to revisit and see if we can get the email to pass through now? I appreciate your help.

If Swell is not sending the customers additional details in the webhook response then you can try using the "Global Search" action step after the trigger event perhaps this might provide you with the relative details of the order.
