While I was connecting synamate with encharge got the below error email - can you please help me resolve it.

Im trying to connect Synamate with Encharge - and the below error is coming in the encharge setup.

Hi @Khushboo Nangalia,

You were trying to add a tag to a person who didn’t exist in your Encharge account. We’ve added that contact to your Encharge account, and it appears to have resolved the issue.
