Sync Google Contacts and Notion - tutorial is confusing

I've been trying to follow these instructions:

but haven't gotten it to work after over 2 hours of trying...

Why does it have to be so confusing?
What am I doing wrong?

The steps in the tutorial don't match, and I am not sure what it is asking for in each step...
What am I supposed to be selecting or mapping?
Please help.
Can you re-record this tutorial with the modern steps?

It seems like Pabbly can do this sync with ease - once it is set up - but I wasn't expecting it to take hours... I am sure I am missing something simple.
