Please note that if you haven’t captured a response yet, your current workflow webhook may have expired. We recommend creating a new workflow and running a test from scratch.
To assist you further, could you please share the following:
- A screen recording showing how you have configured the webhook in the Bigin Developer Console, along with a test demonstrating the deal status being updated.
- The workflow URL and the email address associated with your Pabbly Connect account.
- The following statement of consent: “You can access my Pabbly Connect account and make changes if required.”
This will help us review the setup in detail and accordingly look into the issue.
