sgottleb — Question ·

How can I use SyncroMSP as the trigger? I want to create tickets in asana when a ticket is created in Syncro.
I will then want to transfer from asana back to syncro.

Hey @sgottleb

Currently, we don't have a Trigger event in SyncroMSP. If you want to request for building up, please send us the request here and upvote it -

We prioritize the integrations based on the number of upvotes received for the application.

You can check for the available application with us here- https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/

Thanks!

I would also like to be able to update existing Tickets in TickTick when they are updated in SyncroMSP

Hey @EricSayles

The trigger events of SyncroMSP are now accessible on the platform. This allows you to receive responses for Created Tickets from SyncroMSP and proceed with further processing.

You can refer to the outlined steps in the trigger event to set up the webhook URL within your SyncroMSP.

I would also like to be able to update existing Tickets in TickTick when they are updated in SyncroMSP

And to get the response of updated tickets you can use the "SyncroMSP: Ticket Status Changed" trigger event and to update the task in TickTick you can use the "TickTick: Update a Task" action step.
