Hello,

I have a technical problem that I can't solve on Pabbly Connect.

I'm trying to connect orders for physical products placed on a Systeme.io order form to my Prestashop online store.

Systeme.io and Prestashop are connected via webhook to Pabbly.

I launch a trigger on systeme.io "New Sale"
Action: Create an order on Prestashop.

I've filled in all the information.

I click on "Save & Send test Request".

Here's the response:
Errors 0 Code - Value 85
Errors 0 Message - Validation error: "The Order->id_address_delivery property is invalid."

I've tried to modify the info in Delivery Adress ID but nothing works, the same error message appears.

In Delivery Adress ID I entered :
Customer Fields Surname
Customer Fields Name
Customer Fields Street Adress
Customer Fields Postcode
Customer Fields City
Customer Fields Country

Do you have a solution for this problem?

Thank you

Hello @Akal,

Upon reviewing your configuration, we noticed that the action you're trying to set up requires a Delivery Address ID, not the full delivery address you’ve currently mapped.

To retrieve the Delivery Address ID, you’ll need to use the “Get an Address” endpoint from PrestaShop. However, when we attempted this on our end, we couldn’t find any existing address records associated with your PrestaShop account. Due to this, we’ve escalated a request to create a delivery address within PrestaShop.

Please note, the same logic applies to the Invoice Address and Cart as well — they must be mapped using the Cart ID and Invoice Address ID that are directly associated with PrestaShop, not using dynamic data from another application.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we receive a response on the address creation request.
