Task Execution Error Messages

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
Every few days I receive Task Execution Error for our "Member Expires" workflow. I have verified several times that all of the workflows sent through WP Webhooks Pro on the same day executed successfully and that nothing was sent at the time reported in the error message. I have tried to determine what is causing the errors but have not been successful.

Any assistance is determining the source of the errors will be appreciated.

Hi @TAAS Webmaster,

Based on your Task History ID, we can see that you are receiving empty data in your Webhook trigger step. Because of this, no data is passed to the Date/Time Formatter and other subsequent steps, which causes the error.

This issue occurs when the webhook URL is opened directly in a browser (for example, by copy-pasting it into the address bar), as this sends an empty request to the workflow. It appears that the webhook URL may have been accessed via a browser, which likely caused the empty response entry.
