As we can see from your workflow, you have exhausted all your free task and because of that your further execution couldn't be processed.
Though we have also noticed you are run out of rate limit from Google Sheets, so we would recommend you to use the Delay action step after the trigger event and then it will add the rows without exceeding the rate limit.
Moreover, we have reset all your task for the last time, so that you can use the automation accordingly.
