Google Sheet: Suppose there are 100 rows with Birthday dates & different timings

Now, today being 29th April, there are 15 Birthday messages to be sent and the rest of them are for later dates & timings as defined on the Google Sheet.

If the total sheet has approx 100 different birthday dates & timings
How many tasks are being consumed by the Workflow on the second step "Google Sheet - Get Row" on DAILY BASIS?


Every day the scheduler is running at UTC 1.30

So are 100 Tasks being consumed everyday by the google sheet trigger (second step) in this current workflow
OR
is it being counted as 1 Task OR is it being counted as 15 tasks (number of birthday messages (pre-defined) to be sent today!

As per your current workflow, let's say if you are having 3 people having a birthday on the same day it will take 7 tasks.

Also Get Row action step will consume 1 task as shown below -

Why 7 Tasks instead of 6?

"Get Row" Counts each Task Twice basically for that specific day?
