Task running multiple times

We created a Docusign to Kajabi task with a router and everything is working fine. However, when looking at the Task History it seems like the workflow is running twice each time it triggers. So we get one that completes successfully and one that fails because the operation the first created exists already.

As we can see from your recent task history it appears that you might have subscribed to another trigger event from your DocuSign.

For Failed Task -

So, as a solution we would recommend you to use the Filter action step accodignly.
