Tasks being Triggered 3x times

Hiya,
Has anyone noticed or had issues where tasks is being triggered 3x times for no reason?
I have a workflow where / if Custom field is being updated in Clickup, I am sending custom email based on the status.
My workflow works fine, but every time this workflow is triggered, the task is being duplicated 3x times resulting 3x emails for the same thing.
It should only run once!
Any help is much appreciated.

Fixed! Found a forum post about Re-testing the trigger which could duplicate data entry.
Re-created my workflow from scratch and works fine!
