Telegram Bad Request: wrong file identifier/HTTP URL specified

Telegram is so frequently gives many errors. Please help.
When I do the send test request, it worked fine. But when the actual workflow, it's not working and has bad request empty message
I wonder what have I did wrong is this workflow. Could you please help?

Kindly pass the file URL with the correct file extension of the document.
E.g. - .pdf etc
