Telegram chat ID issue

I connected telegram successful but chat ID isn't working, the chat ID is correct though, I get this:

In this one the link was broken I edited it, and it's not working, it is giving me the old error again

As per the first attached screenshot, you need to make the following corrections:

1. HTML Fix:
   • Correct the closing tag to </a>. For example: <a href = "link"> clickable word </a>
   • Add a clickable word or phrase between the opening <a href> and the closing </a>. For example:

1. Channel ID Fix:
   • Enter the username as @username (e.g., @coupon4freecourses). Do not use prefixes like a negative number.
