Telegram Message \n to <br>

Hi,
When a telegram message is received via a trigger, the line breaks are in there and from passed experience will be '\n' . Is it possible to convert the message text so that any '\n' to are '<br>'. Basically converting it to the HTML equivalent, which I can then send on to another API which needs it in HTML.
