Telegram to Discord bot confirmation

I have configured the Telegram bot to send messages to my Discord channel. But the messages appear all together without specifying the users ID and showing different users profile pictures.
I want each messages to appear separately with the senders name and profile picture.

If you are having an image coming from your trigger response then you have to map the Image URL in the Bot Icon. And you have to map the name in the Bot Name field of the Discord action step to take it dynamic.
