how can I expel a contact from a telegram channel

You can try the "Telegram Bot: Restrict a Chat Member" action step to expel the contact.
the problem is how to know the User ID
If you store the User ID in some application like Google Sheets initially, you can then retrieve the user ID which you can pass in the Telegram action step to restrict the user.
