Thanks.io fields and actions to be added?

Hi there,

When using the thanks.io integration, I noticed that there is a "search for recipient" action (and possibly one or two fields) missing. Is it possible to add this?

Though we have added the action events of Thanks.io as per your request. Now kindly try both of the action events at your end.

The key action still missing is the "search for recipient" action, which would use the "search by name" API method to retrieve the user ID. Otherwise, there's no way to use the "get recipient details by ID" action, as where would the user ID come from?

As you can see in the below screenshot, that the "Search by Name" brings in the "Stats of Order" only-

As per the current API Docs of Thanks.io, we cannot see any action for search recipient by Name or Email

But still, as per your concern, we are getting in touch with Thanks.io support for the same.

Once, they provide us with any information on the concern, we will surely do the needful for you.
