The data is added in Google Sheets but not triggered in Pabbly Connect

I have google sheets which is connected to google forms.
I am using a Google sheets action in Pabbly connect to get all the fields and their values which I would like to use in the next step.
Unfortunately as seen below screenshot the webhook response is not receiving all the data from google sheets. May I know what is the problem and how can fix this issue?
You need to set the last column with data as the trigger column in Pabbly Google Sheet addon.
Currently you have set Column A as the trigger so it will only send 1st column data.
Change the trigger column to last column with data and it should capture all the fields.
