Hello!

We encountered a temporary issue between 1:20 PM and 3:20 PM IST that affected workflows containing multistep actions.

Issue Summary:

  • If a workflow included actions with multiple response steps (e.g., actions returning res1, res2, etc.), those steps were not executed properly.
  • On the frontend, it appeared as if only the trigger ran and no action was executed. However, in reality, all single-response actions executed successfully but were not reflected in the interface.

In your specific case, the actions “Google Drive: Share a File With Anyone” did not execute properly with the following step that were dependent on the data coming from Google Drive: Share a File With Anyone step.

Action Required:
You can manually re-execute the workflow to process the missed multistep actions.
Please note that since some actions may have already executed earlier, running the workflow again could create duplicate entries or repeated actions.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team has already resolved the issue, and workflows should now be functioning normally.

Thanks & Regards,
