This automation is not working but the test response is working

Hello!

I'm working on the automation with tidycal and pabbly.

the test responses are working and even the test response data is going inside my email tool.

but when the automation is executed it is not working.

How do I fix this?

We looked into your workflow and it seems like from your history log, the workflow is working fine in the automation.

Though the "Tidycal" trigger is polling-based which might take approx 10 min to fetch the data in your workflow. Kindly try again by sending the real data from your Tidycal and wait for 10-12 mins for the workflow to be executed.

Thank you for the reponse. Yes the automation is working. I waited for approx 5-6 mins for the data to be pulled and go in automation. Thank you soo much!
