Thrive Quiz Builder

We created a quiz in Thrive Quiz Builder. What we need to happen is once they finish the quiz, and add their email address, we want their email address added to our marketing platform, Coach Marketing Hub. From CMH, we will then send the customers the result of the quiz.
We have reached out to Thrive and they suggested webhook. But we got stuck setting this up here in Pabbly. We're not sure what the action should be.
May we please get assistance on how to go about this? Thank you.

Could you please tell us on which application you want to add the user's data from your Quiz Form?

So after they have completed the quiz, we want to have their details (name, email address) added to CMH as a new contact/lead. Then from CMH, we can set up an automation so they are sent an email once they are added in the Contacts.

As of now, CMH integration is not available on the platform but you can post the request to add the integration here -
Our integration team will look into it and add it accordingly.
