ThriveCart Cart Abandonment not triggering

Hello All,

My ThriveCart cart abandonment is not triggering again and it is not even showing on the history of Pabbly Connet.

I tried re-capture the webhook response and it is not recapturing.

Please how do I get this fixed asap?

We looked into the workflow, tested it on your Thrivecarts' payment page and it is working fine the data is forwarded to your Thrivcart absolutely fine.

Kindly try again at your end and let us know if you face any further difficulties.

Hello @Supreme, sometimes it triggers and sometimes it does not. I am changing the flow to make it Cart Abaondment from Thrivecart to Google sheet, then set the workflow in pabbly using google sheet as that works all the time than pabbly receiving cart abandonment from Thrivecart

It seems like the Thrivecart's cart abandonment trigger event is not responding as it should be. So, we have contacted their support team regarding the cart abandonment issue.

We again checked the "Cart Abandont" trigger event of Thrivecart at our end and it is working fine. You can check out the following screenshot for a better understanding.

We would recommend you to re-capture the webhook response again and give it a test submission.
