trigger new slack user not working

I created a workflow. I selected the trigger ''when new user''.

I added a new user but it doesn't trigger. I waited for more then 30 hours. It should work in 10 minutes because I have the paid plan.

When I test it, it shows the old user and not the new one.

Can you see what is going wrong?

When connecting to your Slack trigger event to capture the new user, kindly utilize the token type as 'bot'.

I tried it with bot, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Still get the same info as when I use user token.

Kindly record a short video on how you have made the connection and try to run the workflow.

I did exactly the same but at my side it is not working. It doesn't trigger when a new member signs up for our workspace.

We recommend you contact the Slack support team once on the same since the trigger event for new users is working fine at our end.
