Trigger Webhook when a new Sheets row is Added

I am having trouble triggering a webhook when a new Google Sheets row is added.
I have Send Data of Event checked.
When I manually do it using Send Custom Data it works, but the automated part doesn't when a new row is added.

You can only use "Send On Event" when setting up Google Sheets if the data is coming from a Google application or if you manually enter it. If the data is coming from a third-party application, however, you may need to choose "Auto Send On Schedule" or "Send on Schedule," which will forward the data in exactly one hour.
Additionally, make sure the data is filled up to your trigger column. Also, share the workflow URL in which you have tried the same with the name of the Google Sheets.
