We cross-checked the Google Sheets Trigger event and it is working fine. Kindly do the Initial setup again and check the data whether the data is coming correctly or not into the Google Sheet till the triggering column.

ok, its working now.
I had added an extra column to the left of the trigger column.

So used to everything being updated on its own in Excel... Didn't think of setting the trigger for the NEW column

Have corrected the same and THIS specific Trigger is working perfect now
