Trouble connecting esignatures.io

I was trying to connect esignatures.io but keep getting a spinning "Waiting for Webhook Response"
I've copied the info into the API section of esignatures.io and signed multiple "test contracts" but still no progress.

As we can see from your workflow, you have already captured the "eSignatures: Signer Contract Activities" webhook response.
Kindly check again, if you try re-capturing the webhook response then kindly make a test submission and then wait for some minutes to let API send the response.
