TrueMail and Pabbly unreliable/incorrect responses

TrueMail and Pabbly confusion...
I am getting unreliable results. Is this common?
The way I read it is if "Result" is "invalid", the email is suspect, true?
Tried with 2 test emails and both came back as invalid.

The result response is sent by TrueMail's end. If you have any questions regarding the validation results, please get in touch with them.
Further we made a test as well and its working fine -
I have a truemail account and would like to check email submission whether it is valid or not in real time. Is it possible?
Please provide with the video.

I need example on specific for email. And if possible using clearout.io which I see it is connected with Pabbly already
