Hi,

I'm trying to create a task in Hubspot that is triggered by a webhook. The webhook is triggering correctly in Pabbly but is not being sent to Hubspot.
The error code is:
{
"status": "error",
"message": "Unable to process JSON",
"correlationId": "1a8465a5-5431-463d-bf9f-d545203975b6"
}

Hey @CarlRIM

In Hubspot: Create a Task Engagement action step you have to associate it with the task with something, from which you have to engage the task.

Kindly tell us your use with the HubSpot action step, so that we can guide you accordingly.

Hey @CarlRIM

I want to set the task in hubspot called "ring."
I have selected the action as "Create a Task Engagment"

We have made some changes in the respective action step, so now you can ignore other fields as well except the required ones.

Kindly try now and let us know if that works for you.

Hey Supreme, thanks for the help.
We're one step closer to the solution, however when the info is pushed to Hubspot nothing is pushed along.
When someone opens an email, I want to set up a task in Hubspot that also contains what the email is. That way when logging into Hubspot, I can see the email in question. Maybe I have to import a contact AND a task? Any ideas?

Best,

Carl

Kindly create a contact first with the help of the "Create Contact " action step and then map the Contact Id in the " Create a Task Engagement " action step to make your use case dynamic.
