Trying to post on IG

Hi, so I'm using the email parser to get an external image, then trying to push that image (jpg) to Instagram For business, but it says 'User access restricted'. How can I post a picture to Instagram?

Hey @khena25

We have checked your workflow and noticed your new post doesn't contain the Instagram eligible image dimension. So, for this, you might need to use the "URL parameter Encode" of Text Formatter to process the Image URL which you are passing.

Kindly try this at your end and let us know if you face any further difficulty.

We are looking at the "Test - don't touch" workflow, could you please confirm that you having issues with this particular workflow.

Furthermore, it seems like your IG account is restricted from posting anything. Kindly make sure that you have an admin access account to post.
