Hi, even though Twilio has WhatsApp API only SMS option is showing on Pabbly integrations. I am inclined towards using Twilio for WhatsApp as opposed to Chat API.

As of now, we don't have an action event for sending WhatsApp messages for Twilio integration.

The body field only accepts the link of file that needs to sent as shown below -
So if I need a message to be gone that has to be added in the workflow separately, is that correct?

Yes you're correct. Just add one more action step for sending messages.
One more query to the same workflow. So I won't be able to use Whatsapp on another web if I connect to Chat API?
You can still create another WhatsApp web session as far as I remember because we used it ourselves but still check with ChatAPI team once if something changed.
Further for our use-case, we used a dummy number instead of using the personal numbers to be on the safer side.
