As of now, you can only send the image media with the tweet only.

We have noted the required feature for Twitter for now, once we added the video feature in the action step in our incoming updates, we will let you know.

is there any alternative way to do that. like i have created an app in twitter so with twitter app api can i upload videos?

No as of now there is no workaround available to use the Twitter action event.
