Hi i am not able to assign leads to particular TLs on Zoho. Below is the Error that is getting shown for the flow "Zoho - Round Robin" -

Hey @QuickSell

You must enter the owner's Id rather than their name in the Lead Owners box of the Zoho CRM action step.

Hi We are not able to find the Lead Owner ID in Zoho. Where can we get the Owner ID corresponding to each team member.

You can get the Lead Owner ID from the " Zoho CRM: Get Account" action step.
