Unable to capture new webhook response

Consent to Access & Modify: I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I recently cloned my workflow and the new one is working, however I'm unable to capture a new webhook/order for testing. Is there a way to clear this? The Trigger setup is idle. I tried hard refresh, disable/re-enable workflow and nothing has worked. Thanks!

If you are cloning any workflow, the new one should be configured first.

FYI I'm not from Pabbly Connect team, just a freelancer who helps other Pabbly users.

Thank you. Since the cloned workflow is the new working version we're going to delete the original one. Can you verify if these are the correct steps:

  1. Disable both workflows
  2. Delete the original workflow
  3. Reconnect clone - Save & Send Test Request to register the new webhook
  4. Enable workflow

Enable new workflow first rest all the steps are fine.
